Certified provider of American Heart Association CPR/First Aid classes in the Seattle area. This training is OSHA/WISHA workplace compliant. All classes conducted at your group site.

How I Do It
I use the most up-to-date AHA guidelines combining video presentation with interactive discussion and practical hands on techniques. Course completion cards valid for 2 years. All classes at customer site with DVD projection. Participants receive a one time use barrier device for manikin practice. Please indicate if infant training is needed.


Heartsaver First Aid/CPR/AED - 4.5 - 5 hrs.    

Basics of first aid, treatment of injury and medical emergencies, CPR techniques and instruction in use of defibrillator (AED). complete First Aid manual available for this course (contact us for details.)
Fee is $280 plus $11.50 per attendee.

BLS Healthcare Providers CPR - 3.5 - 4 hrs.    

Covers skills of one & two rescuer CPR for all ages. Includes ventilation with a pocket mask, a bag-mask and oxygen, use of defibrillator (AED) and relief of airway obstruction. Intended for the healthcare professional. complete BLS HCP manual available for this course (contact us for details.)
Fee is $210 plus $11.50 per attendee.

Heartsaver CPR/AED - 2.5 - 3 hrs.    

Techniques of CPR and relief of airway obstruction. Included is instruction in use of defibrillator (AED).
Fee is $190 plus $11.50 per attendee.

Heartsaver First Aid - 2.5 - 3 hrs.    

General first aid techniques exclusive of CPR.
Fee is $190 plus $11.50 per attendee.

Bloodborne Pathogens - 1 - 1.5 hrs.    

Offered as add-on to any of above training.
Safety training related to risk of exposure to
Bloodborne Pathogens/OPIM in accordance
with W.A.C. 296-823. Non AHA.

Fee is $120.

About Me
Background includes 30 years with a King County fire department and 19 years as an AHA CPR/First Aid instructor. I’ve provided CPR/AED training at regional area medical centers and trained American Heart Association staff. I’m also a part-time EMT instructor for King County EMS. My real world experience in CPR, AED, and First Aid brings a unique perspective.
